“ We love coming to the Blue Manna every time we head over to the South West. The seafood is very fresh, premium and expertly cooked to perfection. The service is outstanding. Cocktails are perfect. My husband doesn’t eat a lot of things and the service staff are willing to accommodate him. We could eat their delicious baked bread and truffle butter every single day (though we would gain 20 kgs lol). Highlights for me are the bread and truffle butter, baked miso mayo oysters, seafood stew with polenta, and linguine marinara. Crème brûlée is also absolutely divine. As an Asian, I tend to notice when Asian dishes are prepared by non-Asian chefs. In the case of the Blue Manna, authenticity is preserved because their chefs are top notch and know how to cook real Asian dishes like whole fish and curries. I couldn’t rate both high enough, they were both full of flavour and amazing.
