Blue Manna is absolutely incredible! ⭐ We had the most beautiful dinner. Every dish was bursting with flavour and so thoughtfully presented. From the fresh oysters to the crispy tempura and perfectly cooked seafood, everything was exceptional. You can really taste the quality and care in every plate. The service was just as amazing - friendly, attentive, and relaxed, which made the whole experience even better. We loved our night at Blue Manna and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend if you’re in Dunsborough!
We love coming to the Blue Manna every time we head over to the South West. The seafood is very fresh, premium and expertly cooked to perfection. The service is outstanding. Cocktails are perfect. My husband doesn’t eat a lot of things and the service staff are willing to accommodate him. We could eat their delicious baked bread and truffle butter every single day (though we would gain 20 kgs lol). Highlights for me are the bread and truffle butter, baked miso mayo oysters, seafood stew with polenta, and linguine marinara. Crème brûlée is also absolutely divine. As an Asian, I tend to notice when Asian dishes are prepared by non-Asian chefs. In the case of the Blue Manna, authenticity is preserved because their chefs are top notch and know how to cook real Asian dishes like whole fish and curries. Thank you Blue Manna Bistro for delivering outstanding food and service consistently.
First timers from Sydney tonight. The food and service was amazing!! Keep up the great work guys!! I had the Sashimi starter followed by the Grilled Octopus with an Asian Salad. I couldn’t rate both high enough, they were both full of flavour and amazing. Tastes some of the other dishes including the bug tails, duck, scallop and prawn pancakes, and crab cakes which were all amazing!
Another great dinner in Western Australia and this time in Dunsborough . We all agreed all the dishes are good especially the whole Goldband Snapper ... definitely will come again if happen we plan to come to Margerate River region .
Sensational meal - Rankin Cod, sashimi plate, Linguine Marinara plus many more for our family of 7. Excellent service. Food was on the table very quickly and was delicious!
